With The Recent Release Of the Sequel Girl Online : On Tour by Internet Vlogger and sensation Zoella . i thought it would be perfect to dust of my copy  of Girl online to  re-immerse myself into the world of Penny Porter and Girl Online













THIS IS THE plot of the story according to wikipedia

Plot

The novel surrounds Penny Porter, a sixteen year old living with her parents in Brighton. Penny starts blogging about her problems, such as school drama, friends, family, and boys. Her family travels to New York where her mother is organising a wedding. Attending the wedding, Penny meets a musician, Noah, with whom she falls in love, resulting in her blog going viral

ITS ABOUT SO MUCH MORE THAN THAT!!!!!!!!!

ITS A surprisingly realistic relate-able authentic tale of love,romance,teenage drama,about clouds having sliver linings   , friendship in the most unexpected of places,surprises,rude awakenings,the downside of fame and celebrity and so Much More Than what people make it to be

when the story starts we are introduced to Girl Online A.K.A Penny Porter a 16 year old teen living in Brighton with her family and her friend Elliot {fun fact:the nickname penny gives elliot {wiki}is the same as the one that i gave to my Best Friend Waqar} secretly blogging about her life in Her Girl Online persona/identity dealing with the usual teen issues coupled with anxiety  attacks 

then her parents who are wedding organizers get a job to organize a wedding in new York over the course of Christmas and the  new year 

so the family goes along with Elliot to new york and that is where the story really begins

while she is there penny meets a boy called Noah Flynn{Tron reference much?} who is musician 

they fall in love and start a relationship 

which is then complicated by the revelation that Noah is actually a 1D-famous rock star {one direction- they are the beatles of our times} and the sudden reveal of Penny's identity as girl online to the rest of the world

but they do manage to overcome these things thus proving to the world that love conquers all .... to be a sorry cliche 

so to sum it all up

Girl online is pure class and is 

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious

and has good morals and messages 

follow your passions, be true to yourself

you can’t live in someone else’s shadow, and have to make the most of your own talents

which is why i'm giving this book 10/10
